In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kf88", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the kf88 platform accessible at kf88.io and all associated sub-domains and services.

• Participation is legal in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform, and you accept sole responsibility for determining and complying with the laws applicable to you.

kf88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of services on the kf88 Platform, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.

You must not register using false information, a pseudonym, or another person's identity. Providing inaccurate information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your Account and forfeiture of any Balance held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. kf88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Each person is permitted to hold only one Account on the kf88 Platform.
• Multiple Accounts held by the same individual may be closed and all associated Balances forfeited without notice.
• You must notify kf88 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• kf88 may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documents may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement.

All Account Balances on the kf88 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kf88 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to issuer approval)

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kf88 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors. kf88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which kf88 accepts no responsibility.

• Bonus Credits are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to do so will result in the expiry and removal of any remaining Bonus Credits.
• kf88 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, systematic low-risk wagering solely to clear bonus requirements, or any other form of bonus fraud — will have their Bonus Credits forfeited and their Account may be closed.

• Winnings generated from Bonus Credits are credited to the withdrawable Balance only once all associated wagering requirements have been satisfied.

kf88 offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Dhaka Premier League, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. All Wagers are subject to the following general betting rules:

• A Wager is accepted only when it has been confirmed on the Platform and assigned a unique bet reference number. Verbal or informal agreements do not constitute binding bets.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final odds applicable to your Wager.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (i.e., odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a human or technical error), kf88 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at those odds.
• Live (in-play) Wagers are accepted subject to the accuracy of real-time data feeds. kf88 accepts no liability for interruptions to live data caused by third-party providers.
• Wagers on events that have already commenced, or whose outcome is already known at the time of placement, will be voided.
• kf88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any Wager at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

kf88 offers a casino lobby comprising slots, RNG table games, and live dealer tables provided by independently audited third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. • kf88 reserves the right to remove, suspend, or replace any casino game at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kf88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Credits:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity in connection with any event offered for betting on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to process funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker variants, or any other game where such collusion would constitute an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order with kf88 or any third-party self-exclusion scheme.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

kf88 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will report any conduct that it reasonably suspects constitutes a criminal offence, including money laundering and fraud.

kf88 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player is using the Platform in a manner that may harm the interests of kf88 or other players.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A court order or regulatory instruction has been received requiring the suspension of the Account.
• The Player is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting kf88 customer support. Where an Account is closed voluntarily and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain, any verified Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Where an Account is closed by kf88 due to a breach of these Terms, any outstanding Balance may be withheld pending investigation and may be permanently forfeited where the breach is confirmed.

kf88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kf88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by kf88's wilful misconduct.

kf88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kf88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify registered players via the email address associated with their Account or via a notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms will constitute your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request Account closure by contacting support.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law of the jurisdiction in which kf88 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and kf88 arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the kf88 support team in writing to seek an informal resolution. kf88 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days of receipt.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in kf88's operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
